The Digital products as standard came with a 1-year warranty along with the option to extend to 5 years by filling in an online form. The customer would then have received a confirmation e-mail stating that their warranty had been extended. Can the customer please provide this confirmation?
I have attached a copy of the warranty extension leaflet. 
 
Please could the customer provide 2 images of their installation;
1. Of the processor box along with the surrounding pipework
2. Of the sticker located on the bottom right-hand corner of the processor box
 
 
  • First can you please confirm that there is a solid red light located on the processor, it will be located on the highlighted part of the below image.

  • Next could you please check to see if there are any debris in the filters on the inlets of the as shown in the image below, I highly recommend placing a towel underneath the inlets as excess water may leave the valve.

  • Whilst you have the filters removed inside the inlet directly behind where the filters were removed from there are what look like 2 while buttons, these will need to be depressed and you may find that some air/water maybe discharged .

Please note it may be best for a plumber to perform these checks


  • After you have performed the above steps please try your shower again and see if that has resolved your issues .
