• Movement or flex underneath the tray.
• Insufficient support under the shower waste area of the tray.
• Incorrect material used under the tray, to install the product.
• A heavy object has been dropped onto the tray surface.

• An image showing the affected area of the cracked tray.
• Images of enclosure and tray in situ.
• An image of a spirit level on both long and short edges of tray.
